SureHold’s patented product packaging makes its super glue the longest lasting super glue on the market. As a result of this growth, SureHold’s expanding broker and client network was tapping new markets.

This meant SureHold needed to communicate with more field sales people than ever before. DEVdirection built SureHold’s sales support site to:
  • Provide critical sales information needed to close deals.
  • Make it easy for the sales person on the road to print or send information to clients.
  • Reduce cost of supporting an international sales force.
  • Quickly alert SureHold’s extended sales force of new products, deals and opportunities.
  • Customize and protect proprietary marketing information.
  • Provide critical sales information needed to close deals.
    Sales people and clients carrying SureHold products need product images, product packaging images, store display images, shipping details, and pricing. Some clients use this imagery and product information in their own newspaper ads, catalogs or websites. By making this information available on the sales support website SureHold maximizes these opportunities without having to spend a lot of money or time on individual requests.
    Make it easy for the sales person on the road to print or send information to clients.
    Associated with each product are print and e-mail friendly product information sheets, called Deal Sheets. Traditionally, when needing to quickly send a Deal Sheet, a sales person would fax it. The low image quality of a fax did not portray the quality of SureHold’s products or shelf presence. High quality Deal Sheets, provided on the web site, can be printed or e-mailed to clients.
    Reduce cost of supporting an international sales force.
    Traditionally, SureHold has either sent boxes of samples and Deal Sheets to their field sales team and broker representatives. As their business grew into international markets it be came very expensive to send boxes of samples and Deal Sheets worldwide. Using the web to make the information available to this international sales force, SureHold can cost effectively communicate product information, deals and opportunities as well as facilitate requests for samples and professionally printed information.

    Building new product awareness with SureHold’s sales force is easily accomplished by sending an e-mail blast. This allows the right people to find out immediately about the latest products. By linking to them on the website they can view or print the product images, packaging, displays and information needed to quickly get new products onto the market.
    Customize and protect proprietary marketing information.
    SureHold wanted to make information easily accessible to their customers and sales team, but did not want market sensitive information available to anyone on the web. To address this issue, the web site is password protected. Users have to login to access the site.
